Welcome and thanks for stopping by our web site. A little about me, I have been doing automotive for a career now for some 25 years. But even before that while growing up I was the neighborhood kid you brought your go-kart, mini bike, or bicycle over to have it fixed. This isn't a job, or even really a career; this is a life for me. Some people when five o-clock hits, run out the door and forget the day. I on the other hand keep thinking about it, and working on new things. Because of this, my wife and I can be found in the office, shop, cruise-in's, car shows, track events, and club get-togethers. For over two decades not only have I accumulated the best customers, but also a few certificates along the way; such as ASE, IMACA, All Data, Allied Signal/Bendix, Caterpillar, and Stihl. I have also taught automotive technology at one of our local technical colleges here in Austin, Texas. Helping people jump start their automotive career. Now that says I do pretty good at taking tests. But since I have been around the wrench a time or eight, I have been able to get some of my customer project vehicles into a few magazines, catalogs, and posters, besides looking sharp, sticking to the pavement, or climbing that rock wall. Enough bell ringing. What it boils down to is; this is really the only field I have too much experience in. So wouldn't it be the logical choice to let someone familiar with your vehicle work on it? Both myself and all the staff here at SVOC are also major contributors to several automotive online forums, being paid members and/or moderators/administrators to encourage and help the community among the 1's and 0's in finding information or sharing information about their hobbies. And since this is a bio about me, I do have several other interests too. Such as bicycling, camping, kayaking, photography, R/C models, collectibles, and my family. ![]() |
